Alachua County Residents Directory is a private reference that describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and historical directory collections concerning Alachua County, Florida. It does not host government records and is not connected with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use Rules
Use is limited to lawful purposes. Neither the service nor information reached through it may be used to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
Alachua County Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Neither its content nor results from a linked search provider constitute a consumer report.
