Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that query. If you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may contain an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregate activity to maintain the service and understand which resources are used. Basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement may rely on cookies or similar technology.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the service, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell lists of visitors nor assemble individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to county and state records portals, archives, library collections, and outside search providers. Information submitted after leaving this site is governed by the destination's privacy policy. Sponsored search results are also supplied by a third party under its own practices.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process ordinary logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatically collected information described above. Data may also be disclosed when required by valid legal process.
How Information Is Secured
Connections are encrypted, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Because visitors do not create accounts, this site holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted information so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights to access, correct, or delete data may depend on where you live and the law that applies. Florida does not supply one general consumer privacy rule for every record. It instead uses record-specific protections, including section 119.071, Florida Statutes, for protected fields, Chapter 382 for vital records, and the Address Confidentiality Program in sections 741.401 through 741.465. Because we retain little visitor data, a request normally involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page. Records maintained by Florida, Alachua County, or a city remain under the custodian's control, so correction or protection requests must go to that office.
Changes to This Policy
Revisions will be published here. Continued use after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
